3182 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 3182 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3182 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 3182 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. 3182 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred prior to the report being received.
General User Responsibilities
- Does not use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Does not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's functionality.
- Does not use bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to manipulate games.
- Not sharing your account with any other individual or allowing others to play using your account.
- Complies with all local laws applicable to the use of online betting services.
- Is responsible for all activity that takes place within your account.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 3182 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX (online banking), TNG eWallet, and other approved e-wallets.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set in the user's account and may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
- All deposits must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- 3182 reserves the right to request proof of payment account ownership before approving any withdrawal, as part of our fraud prevention measures.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's name.
- Withdrawal processing time is typically one to three business days, depending on the method and amount requested.
- All claimed bonuses are subject to their own wagering requirements, which must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- 3182 reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a terms violation while an investigation is ongoing.
- All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
- Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal.

Account Policy — Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

3182 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- User has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or game manipulation.
- User has registered more than one account.
- User is found to be under 18 years of age.
- Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 3182 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance linked to the relevant activity upon completion of the investigation.
Platform Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 3182 is not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
- Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Data loss resulting from technical failures beyond the platform's control.
- Third-party actions affecting account security as a result of the user's own negligence.
3182's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3182 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3182 or its respective content providers. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent. Use of the 3182 brand name or logo without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
